T houghts, words, and action alignment make us content. I dentifying the intrinsic nature of ourselves is what life is meant. O bserving our shortcomings from an outsider’s point is reflection. N arrowing our spectrum to ourselves is meaningful introspection.

  Magnetic Neutrality   As two poles of a magnet attract each other to cancel each other, Every dualism is attracted by each other and in the center, they cancel each other. Truth is in equinox between heavy light and dark matter. Truth is in the center between nowhere and everywhere. Truth is in tranquility between euphoria and misery. Truth is in our heart’s pivot point between right and wrong. Everything travels to the middle to cancel the polarity. Reaction is the answer to neutralize the action. Heaven and hell are experienced by our minds as a reaction to neutralize our actions. Good and evil are experienced by our minds as a reaction to neutralize our actions. The truth, balance, stability, tranquility and serenity, all are in the center.

  What does it take to be a mentally strong woman? It takes a lot to be a mentally strong woman. Though it does not require you to be in your battle dress at all times, It requires you to stand on your own two feet and speak your heart against injustice! It requires you to be selfless and to swallow all the depressing, harmful and negative remarks about you. It requires you to accept the pain of betrayal from the people you are trying to help. At the end of the day, it is nothing about others.  You are standing for your heart. But for what to stand? To stand for the truth and violation of rights which happens daily in plain sight. For whom do we need to stand? It requires you to stand for your mother-in-law against the wrath of your husband. It requires you to stand for your sister-in-law against the wrath of your brother. It requires you to stand for your daughter-in-law and daughter against the wrath of your son. It requires you to stand against the people you are dependent ...

Alpha and Beta People are alpha and beta not by birth or by choice. They become alpha or beta by necessity and inner voice. When people have a good leader and felt their voice is heard They are friendly, kind, dependent, and content like a bird. But if they sense danger with their mentality of a herd, They will stand in the front row with armor and a sword. Alpha switch to beta if the environment is conducive. The leaves are wilting and saplings are dying. The greens are fading and with a little hope fighting. There comes the first drop as pure as mother’s milk. The thirsty Earth now drenched in life-giving drink. With each drop, every part of plant thanked in gratitude. And every thought of gratitude increased rain’s magnitude. Dirt is washed out and every bit of Earth started to sprout. When fulfillment is felt within, everything blooms in and out.

    Dismantling friction among women   The friction among women in family is more compared to men in family. Clueless men and children are silent sufferers witnessing the war of power. When we want to understand and change something, We should examine our own biases, assumptions and consider alternative perspectives.   Overdependence on men and imaginary competition   Friction among women is related to overdependence on men. Hostility between women is not inherent, but because of imaginary competition. Competition among women for attention, recognition, validation and power.   Understanding the rights and responsibilities   When right comes, responsibility comes with it. When women have right over education, responsibility of simple wedding is upon them. When women have right over employment, responsibility of spending and saving upon them.   When they reach teen, They won’t listen to you keen.   Don’t expect them to keep rooms clean, Neither complain their time on screen.   Every question to them is infringe. And for everything they will cringe.   Don’t expect them to follow strict rules, Let them chill and enjoy their schools.   Remember to be always short and sweet, Let them roam on street and spend on treat.   Always be at your best sense of humor, Don’t be shocked if they call you boomer.   Let them be on their own and decide alone. Don’t raise your tone as they are now grown.   Relax and let them figure what is vital. Believe as you are always their idol.

Some of us can swim an ocean. The bathtub-drowning people can walk a long desert. Which the ocean-swimming people cannot. Unlearning life experiences and  Seeing through a colorless glass of beginner’s mindset, We can be as happy as a baby As a baby has not learnt to be unhappy yet.

Nothing suddenly makes sense at age 40. It is the sum up of all the lessons we learnt so long. Around midlife, we will lose interest in getting attention, approval, chasing, wishing. We will just start to listen to our heart and mind. We will start to analyze what our minds have been fed all these years. Though there are miles to go before we sleep, It is just a milestone to sit and ponder how long we have come. A chance to rest, reset, and redirect ourselves if needed. At 40, It is the perfect time to celebrate and cheer. As we are clear and without fear, Let us restart our life again in first gear.
