High Values will be Valued High




With the world shifting to AI, we can sense the future is for people who follow their ethical judgment and moral path.


Though we all know that life never betrays people who hold their moral compass high, we also see that the rewards for conscientious people are always delayed, which makes us believe delayed reward is denied reward.


People who are good at selling themselves are rewarded instantly and so it is regarded as an important social skill to learn to survive in the material world, but people whose moral compass does not agree to sell themselves for material benefits are always regarded as out-of-sync people.


The heuristics involved in a moral judgment of a person cannot be mimicked or programmed into an AI as ethical decisions of people vary based on the scenario and cannot be patterned. It is difficult for AI to learn things with little-to-no pattern recognition.


AI will replace everything in the future; human skills, human intelligence, assist creativity, and will learn socially-acceptable behaviors too, but the future is in demand of people with high values. It is high time that people with high values are valued high too.
